Most of the work I do is with founders and engineering leaders at a critical moment — when a technical decision will define the next year or two, when a team needs to scale without losing what made it good, or when you need experienced leadership but aren't ready for a full-time hire. I work on a fractional, advisory, or interim basis, depending on what the situation calls for.
